Digital products become non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.


Exchanges

Attentra Studio does not offer direct product exchanges.

If a customer would like a different item, the correct process is:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

This ensures inventory accuracy and faster processing.


EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

For customers located within the European Union, consumer protection laws provide a 14-day cooling-off period.

Customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.

However, the following conditions still apply:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

The cooling-off right does not apply to:

  • Digital products once downloaded

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sealed products opened after delivery where hygiene protection applies


Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item sent by Attentra Studio

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Attentra Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Customers are advised to use tracked shipping services.


Refund Processing

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing occurs within 10 business days

Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, additional processing time may occur before the refund appears in the account.


Refund Rejections

  • Fraudulent or abusive refund behavior is suspected


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting Attentra Studio may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from purchasing from Attentra Studio

  • Legal recovery of disputed funds

  • Submission of dispute evidence to payment processors


Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but the customer claims it was not received, the customer must first contact the shipping carrier to investigate.

Attentra Studio is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
